SWIMPRINT TREES TO BE PLANTED IN AUSTRALIA

The planet is clearly in trouble. Massive fires in Australia have destroyed millions of trees. Nobody will really know how much damage has been done for years.
By placing your order for swim caps with Swimprint after January 2020, you are also supporting reforestation globally.
Thats because every order we receive we will plant a tree via the Onetreeplanted charity. Each month we will select a country to plant trees in. Australia, England, America, India, Colombia and more are on the list. We are aiming to plant at least 5000 trees this year.
We can't wait to get your trees in the ground. Healthy forests give so much back to us: they clean our air and water, support health and biodiversity, stabilise our climate.
While your saplings are getting ready to be planted, we thought you might like to learn more about where your trees are growing. Here are some interesting facts about Tasmania...
Planting Season
Planting occurs in June, July, and August when the weather is rainy and not too hot. At this time of year the trees get plenty of water to grow strong and healthy roots.
Native Species
Black gum, silver wattle, hopbush, and lemon bottlebush are just some of the native plant species in Tasmania. Your tree could be one of these!
Did You Know
Tasmania is one of the last refuges for endangered species in Australia. Species that are virtually extinct on the mainland still survive on the island, like the Tasmanian Devil.
